ORDER:-

      In the circumstances reported by the Special Commissioner & Director
of Agricultural Marketing, A.P., Guntur and the Commissioner, Panchayat Raj
& Rural Development, A.P., Vijayawada in letters 4th and 5th read above
respectively, Government after careful examination, hereby place the
services of Smt. Ch.Suvartha, Mandal Parishad Development Officer, Mandal
Praja Parishad, Edlapadu, Guntur District at the disposal of Agricultural
Marketing Department and post her as Selection Grade Secretary at
Agricultural Market Committee, Chilakaluripet on deputation basis as a
special case by relaxing the Andhra Pradesh (AP&LS) Rules, 1969, in view of
shortage of officers in Agricultural Market Committee Service, for a period of
one year on Foreign Service terms and conditions laid down in the G.Os., 1st
& 2nd read above, subject to condition that the deputation will cease in case
the post is filled up on regular basis.

2. The Special Commissioner & Director of Agricultural Marketing, A.P.,
Guntur & the Commissioner, Panchayat Raj & Rural Development, A.P.,
Vijayawada shall take further necessary action in the matter accordingly.
