In the
reference 3rd read above, Sri
M. Abdul Latieff, Deputy Registrar of Co-Operative societies is posted as
Deputy Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Guntur on deputation basis for a
period of one year on foreign service terms and conditions. Accordingly, he reported
for duty on the A.N. of 04.11.2011. The Period of one year is completed by
03.11.2012
2. In the
reference 4th read above, the C&DMA,
AP., Hyderabad has requested the Government to issue necessary orders to extend
the deputation period of Sri M. Abdul Latieff, Deputy Commissioner, Municipal
Corporation Guntur for one more year from 04.11.2012 to 03.11.2013 on Foreign Service
terms and conditions.
3. In the
reference 6th read above, the Agrl.&
Coop. Dept. have issued orders to place the services of Sri M. Abdul Latieff,
Dy.Registrar of Cooperative Societies placed at the disposal of MA&UD Dept.
for being posted as Dy.Commissioner Municipal Corporation, Guntur on deputation
basis for a further period of one more year from 04.11.2012 to 03.11.2013 on
Foreign Service terms and conditions.
4. Government
after careful examination of the matter, hereby extension the deputation period
of Sri M.Abdul Latieff, Deputy Registrar of Cooperative Societies presently
working as Deputy Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Guntur on deputation
basis, for a further period of one more year FROM 04.11.2012. to 03.11.2013 as
per terms and conditions stipulated in the references 1st and 2nd
read above.
5. The
Director of Municipal Administration, A.P., Hyderabad / Commissioner for
Cooperation and Registrar of cooperative societies, A.P., Hyderabad shall take
immediate necessary action accordingly and intimate the date of relieving and
joining of the individual to Government for information and record.
