ORDER:
The Government approved the names of the following candidates
from the feeder categories of Sanitary Supervisor/ Sanitary Inspector working
in Municipalities and Municipal Corporations and Managers Category-II & III
of Andhra Pradesh Municipal Ministerial Sub-ordinate Services for the post of
Municipal Commissioner Grade-III as the method of appointment by transfer
purely on adhoc basis under rule 10 (a) of A.P. State and Subordinate Service
Rules, 1996 in the time scale of Rs:15280-420-5700-450-17050-490-18520-530-20110-570-21820-610-23650-650-25600-700-27700-750-29950-800-32350-850-34900-900-37600-970-40510.
Accordingly, Government hereby issue posting to them by way of the following
notification for publication in the A.P. Gazette:

O T I F I C A T I O N
Under
Rule 10 of A.P. State and Subordinate Service Rules, 1996, the following candidates
from the feeder categories of Sanitary Supervisor/ Sanitary Inspector working
in Municipalities and Municipal Corporations and Managers Category-II & III
of APMMSS are appointed by transfer temporarily as Municipal Commissioner Grade-III of the Special
Rules of Andhra Pradesh Municipal
Administration
Services in the Scale of pay of 15280- 420 –
15700-450-17050-490-18520-530-20110-570-21820-610-23650-650-25600-700-27700-750-29950-800-32350-850-34900-900-37600-970-40510
with usual pay and allowances applicable to the post from time to time. The following postings are accordingly
ordered with immediate effect:
Multi
Zone-I
- Sri Ch.Malleswara Rao, Manager,

- Sri Anisur Rasheed, Manager
Category-II, working as Administrative Officer, MEPMA, Karimnagar
Municipal Corporation on deputation basis, is hereby appointed by transfer
as Grade-III Municipal Commissioner.
On appointment by transfer as Grade-III Municipal Commissioner, the
individual is retained in the same post as Administrative Officer, MEPMA,
Karimnagar Municipal Corporation on deputation basis in the existing
vacancy.
2. The above promotions are subject to the
outcome of W.Ps/W.As/O.As/C.As etc., if any pending before the
Tribunals/Courts/Government.
3. The Managers Category-II & III of
APMMSS appointed as Municipal Commissioners Grade-III should join the promoted
posts within 15 days from the date of receipt of orders. If they fail to join or evade joining by
applying for leave or otherwise during the stipulated time, they shall forfeit
all their rights both present and future for the post of Municipal
Commissioners Grade-III without any notice in terms of A.P. State &
Subordinate Service Rules, 1996.
