ORDER:-
Government
has issued orders placing Sri M.Venugopal Rao, Executive
Engineer
(M), Guntur under suspension as he has committed certain
irregularities
in executing the works at Agricultural Market Committee,
Mangalagiri,
vide G.O. first read above.
2. Sri
M.Venugopal Rao, Executive Engineer (M), Guntur has represented
to the
Government with a request to re-instate him in view of orders of
Hon’ble
APAT in O.A.No.9060/2013, dated 29-4-2014.
3.
Government have filed V.M.A.No.214/2014 and the Hon’ble Tribunal
vide
its orders dated 29.04.2014 dismissed the V.M.A.No.214/2014 and
ordered
in O.A.No.9060/2013 with C.A.No.13/2014.
“The
contention of the respondents that they were not aware
of
the orders passed by the Tribunal, cannot be accepted. The
moment
the applicant assumed the charge, the same was
informed
to the authorities by the subordinated stating that the
applicant
assumed the charge on his own, without
reinstatement
orders and as such, the respondents should have
issued
orders reinstating the applicant into service by way of
issuing
posting orders to him.”

Government after careful examination of the matter and considering
the
orders of the A.P.A.T, hereby reinstate Sri M.Venugopal Rao, Executive Engineer
(M) into Service and post him at Visakhapatnam vice Sri M.Srinivas, Executive
Engineer, Visakhapatnam is transferred to Guntur on administrative grounds.
5. The
Director of Agricultural Marketing shall take necessary action
accordingly.
