Government hereby appoint Smt. R.Venkata
Lakshmi Devi, Advocate as Addl. Public Prosecutor
(Tenure) for the Assistant
Sessions Judge’s
Court, Mangalagiri, Guntur
District, for a period of
(3) years from the date of taking charge of
the post
or till termination of her
services which ever is earlier
with a consolidated honorarium of Rs.6,000/-
(Rupees Six thousand only) per month. The conditions
of service of the said
Prosecutor shall be governed
in accordance with the executive instructions
issued
in G.O. first read above.
2. The date of joining should be
intimated to
Government.
3. The following Notification shall be
published
in the A.P. Gazette;
4. The Director of Prosecutions, Andhra
Pradesh, Hyderabad is requested
to
take necessary follow up action
in the matter.
NOTIFICATION
Under
sub section (3) of section 24 of the Code
of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Central Act No.2 of
1974) read
with G.O.Ms.No.187, Law (L) Department,
dated:6-12-2000, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, hereby appoint Smt. R.Venkata Lakshmi Devi, Advocate
as Addl. Public Prosecutor (Tenure) for the Assistant Sessions Judge’s Court,
Mangalagiri, Guntur District
for a period of (3) years from the date of
taking charge
of the post or till termination of her services which ever
is
earlier with a consolidated honorarium of Rs.6,000/- (Rupees Six thousand only)
per month. The conditions
of service of the said prosecutor shall be governed
in accordance with the executive instructions issued in the G.O. first read
above.
