ORDER :
The
LET&F Department have stated that the DIMS, AP, Hyd., has stated that there
are 3330 employees enrolled and likely to be enhanced in future. The Dir. of IMS AP, Hyd., has submitted a
proposal to Government for the establishment of two Doctor ESI Dispensary in
Ganapavaram in Guntur District. The
Director General, ESI Corporation, New
Delhi
2. Accordingly,
in the G.O. fifth read above, Government have accorded permission to DIMS to start
two Doctor ESI Dispensary at Ganapavaram in Guntur District by diverting the
staff from the near by ESI Institutions to provide medical facilities to ESI
beneficiaries at Ganapavaram in Guntur District.
3. The LET & F Department further,
requested for sanction of the following posts to fill up on regular basis and
outsourcing certain services to the (2) Doctor ESI Dispensary at Ganapavaram in
Guntur District.

1. Deputy Civil Surgeon – (1) Post. 9)
Junior Assistant - (1) post.
2. Civil Asst. Surgeon -
(1) post. 10).Record Asst. – (1) post.
3. Staff Nurse. --
(1) post. 11) Class-IV - (3) posts.
4. A.N.M - (1) post (Office Subordinate-1,
5. Pharmacist Gr. II -
(2) posts. Sweeper – I, Watchman -1)
6. Senior Assistant - (2) posts.
7. Lab-Technician Gr.II - (2)
posts.
8. Dresser - (1) post.
4. Government,
after careful examination of the proposal, hereby accord sanction for creation
of the following posts to the two Doctor ESI Dispensary at Ganapavaram in
Guntur District.
