O R D E R:
In the circumstances reported by the Commissioner & Director of Agricultural
Marketing, A.P., Hyderabad in the references read above, Government hereby accord
permission to the Commissioner & Director of Agricultural Marketing, Andhra Pradesh,
Hyderabad to release an amount of Rs.25.375 lakhs (Rupees twenty five lakhs thirty
seven thousand and five hundred only) for purchase of Equipment for Establishment of
Soil Test Lab at Agriculture Market Committee, Chilakaluripet, Guntur District from the
AMC funds of Agricultural Market Committee, Chilakaluripet.
2. The Commissioner & Director of Agricultural Marketing, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad,
shall take necessary action in the matter.
