ORDER:
In the reference read above, the Director of Municipal Administration, A . P . Hyderabad has
informed that Sri.Sk.Kalesha, Junior Assistant ,Chilakaluripet Municipality has requested for
permission to go to Canada on private affairs for a period of (93) days from 14.10.2015 to
14.01.2016. The Director of Municipal Administration, A . P . , Hyderabad has also stated that there
are no charges / disciplinary cases are pending against the individual.

2. Government after careful examination of the proposal, hereby accord permission to
Sri.Sk.Kalesha, Junior Assistant, Chilakaluripeta Municipality to go to Canada on private affairs for a
period of (93) days from 14.10.2015 to 14.01.2016 availing Earned leave as per usual terms and
conditions. The Director of Municipal Administration, A.P., Hyderabad is directed to obtain no dues
certificate before relieving the individual.

3. The Director of Municipal Administration, A . P . Hyderabad shall take necessary action in the
matter.
