– Administrative sanction for an amount of Rs.0.89 Lakh – Accorded – Orders – Issued.

ORDER:-
 In the reference read above, the Vice Chairman & Managing Director, Andhra Pradesh State Irrigation Development Corporation Limited, Hyderabad has stated that the Ogeru Vagu was flood due to heavy rains of North East Monsoon occurred during October 2013. Due to severe floods, the head works of Boppudi No.1 L.I. Scheme submerged and the pump sets and electrical equipment were also damaged. Due to the 
above repairs, the standing crops are damaged. He has prepared the estimate for Rs.0.92 lakh for restoration of flood damages of Boppudi No.1 L.I. Scheme to keep the 
scheme in good working condition, the Tahsildar, Chilakaluripeta Mandal of Guntur district, certified on flood damages caused due to natural calamity. The Vice Chairman 
& Managing Director, A.P.S.I.D.C. Limited, Hyderabad has, therefore, requested to accord administration for restoration of flood damages in respect of Boppudi No.1 L.I. Scheme for Rs.0.92 lakh under head of account 4702-MH 101-GH. 11-SH (18) – Restoration of Flood damaged LIS 530,531 to stabilize an ayacut of 402 acres. 

2. Government, after careful examination hereby accord administrative sanction for an amount of Rs.0.89 lakh (Rupees eighty nine thousand only) for the work “Restoration of flood damages in respect of Boppudi No.1 L.I. Scheme’’ on Ogeru Vagu in Chilakaluripeta Mandal of Guntur district. 

3. The amount sanctioned in para (2) above shall be debited to the Head of Account 4702 – MH 101 – GH.11-SH (18) – Restoration of Flood Damaged LIS 530, 531 to stabilize an ayacut of 402 acres. 

4. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (EBS-X) Department vide their U.O. No.438/03/EBS-X/A2/14, dated 24.07.2014.
