O R D E R:
The Commissioner, Endowments Department, Hyderabad has
reported that
the term of the previous Trust Board of Sri Malleswara Swamy
Devasthanam,
Peddakakani (V&M), Guntur District, has expired on
30.09.2012 and requested the Government to issue notification for constitution of a
Non-Hereditary Trust Board to the subject Devasthanam as per Section 15 (1) of the Act
30/87.
2. The Government, after careful examination of the proposal
of the
Commissioner, Endowments, have decided to issue a
notification inviting
applications from the interested persons for constitution of
Trust Board to Sri
Malleswara Swamy Devasthanam, Peddakakani (V&M) Guntur
District, U/s 15 (1) of Andhra Pradesh Charitable and Hindu Religious Institutions
& Endowments Act,1987 (Act 30/87) as amended by Act. No.33/2007 and
accordingly issue the following notification:
NOTIFICATION
“In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (1)
of Section 15 of
Andhra Pradesh Charitable and Hindu Religious Institutions
& Endowments
Act, 1987 (Act 30/87) as amended by Act. No.33/2007 read
with sub-rule (1)
of rule 4 of the Andhra Pradesh Charitable and Hindu
Religious Institutions
and Endowments Appointment of Trustees Rules, 1987, the
Government
hereby notify in Form-I & II appended to this order inviting
applications from
the interested persons for constitution of Non Hereditary
Trust Board to Sri
Malleswara Swamy Devasthanam, Peddakakani (V&M) Guntur
District”.

It is hereby informed that a Trust Board will be constituted
to Sri
Malleswara Swamy Devasthanam, Peddakakani (V&M) Guntur
District, by the
Government under Sub Section (1) of Section 15 of the Andhra
Pradesh
Charitable and Hindu Religious Institutions and Endowments
Act, 1987 as
amended by Act No. 33 of 2007 after (20) days from the date
of this Notice.
Interested persons may send their applications for
trusteeship in the
prescribed proforma vide Form II of the rules under explanation
(a) of Sub
Section (2) of Section 17 of Act, within twenty days from
the date of this
notice to the Commissioner, Endowments Department, Dharmika
Bhavan,
Tilak Road, Boggulakunta, Abids, Hyderabad-500001 and Joint
Commissioner/Deputy Commissioner/Assistant commissioner of
the temple.
