Municipality – Departmental enquiry under Andhra Pradesh Civil Services (CCA) Rules 1991 – Appointment of Presenting Officer- Orders – Issued.

O R D E R
1. Whereas, an inquiry under Rule-20 of A.P. Civil Services (CC&A) Rules, 1991 is being held against the following charged officers for their irregularities in Chilakaluripeta Municipality.

1. Sri P.V.Ramalingeswar, Municipal Commissioner
2. Sri N.Brahmandam ,Mpl.Engineer
3. Sri V.Victor Immanuel , Assistant Engineer

2. In the reference 6th read above, orders were issued for appointing Inquiry Officer in this case.
3. After examination of the matter, it is considered that a Presenting Officer should be appointed to present the case in support of the Articles of
Charges on behalf of the disciplinary authority.
4. Now, therefore, the disciplinary authority, in exercise of powers conferred by sub-rule (5) of Rule 20 of the A.P. Civil Services (CC&A) Rules,
1991, hereby appoint Sri B.Devi Singh, M.C , Chirala Municipality as Presenting Officer.
5. The Commissioner & Director of Municipal Administration, Hyderabad shall present the case on behalf of Disciplinary Authority and provide the
required material such as articles of charges, explanation of Charged Officers etc. to the Presenting Officer immediately.
