Read the following:-
1. G.O.Ms.No.187, Law (L) Department, dated: 06.12.2000.
2. G.O.Rt.No.174, Law (L.3) Department, dated: 31.01.2014.
3. From Collector & District Magistrate, Guntur,
Letter C.No.1083/2013/C2, dated 10-02-2017.

ORDER:-
Government, hereby appoint Sri P. Anjaneyulu, Advocate as Additional
Public Prosecutor for the Court of XIII Additional District & Sessions Judge,
Narasaraopet, Guntur District for a period of three (3) years from the date of
taking charge of the post or till termination of his service, whichever is earlier.
He shall be paid with a consolidated honorarium of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees
Twenty Thousand only) per month in terms of the orders issued in the G.O.
2nd read above. The conditions of service of the said Prosecutor shall be
governed in accordance with the executive instructions issued in the G.O. 1st
read above.
2. The date of joining of the individual should be intimated to Government.
3. The Additional Director of Prosecutions, Andhra Pradesh, Vijayawada is
requested to take necessary follow up action in the matter.
4. The following Notification will be published in the Andhra Pradesh
Gazette;
NOTIFICATION
Under sub section (3) of section 24 of the Code of Criminal
Procedure, 1973 (Central Act No.2 of 1974) read with G.O.Ms.No.187, Law
(L) Department, dated:06-12-2000, Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby
appoint Sri P. Anjaneyulu, Advocate as Additional Public Prosecutor for
the Court of XIII Additional District & Sessions Judge, Narasaraopet,
Guntur District for a period of three (3) years from the date of taking
charge of the post or till termination of his services, whichever is earlier
with a consolidated honorarium of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand
only) per month, as per G.O.Rt.No.174, Law (L.3) Department, dated:
31.01.2014. The conditions of service of the said Addl. Public Prosecutor
shall be governed in accordance with the executive instructions issued in
the G.O.Ms.No.187, Law (L) Department, dated: 06.12.2000.
