Strengthening
of Hospital Services - Establishment of 50 bedded Community Health Centre at
Chirumamilla Village, Nadendla Mandal, Guntur District – Administrative Sanction–Orders–issued.
HEALTH,MEDICAL AND FAMILY WELFARE (C1) DEPARTMENT ORDER:
In the
reference 1st read above, the Director of Public Health and Family Welfare
Hyderabad has submitted proposals for establishment of 50 bedded CHC., Chirumamilla
(V), Nadendla (M), Guntur District with an estimated cost of non-recurring
expenditure
of Rs.3.53 crores and recurring expenditure of Rs.77.63 lakhs, since the Convener,
Chirumamilla Village Development Forum has assured to donate three acres of land
abetting main road for establishment of 50 bedded hospital.
2. The
Government, after careful examination of the matter, hereby accord administrative
sanction for Establishment of Chirumamilla (V), Nadendla (M), Guntur District
into 50 bedded Hospital, with an estimated cost of an amount of Rs.4,3063/- crores (
Rupees Four crores three lakhs and sixty three thousand only)(both Recurring
&
Non-Recurring). The breakup of above expenditure is summarized below:-
(A) Non-Recurring Expenditure
Construction
& Equipment -- 3.53. Crores Approximately
(B) Recurring Expenditure

Addl. Salaries to be required -- 72.63 Lakhs
2.
Other Recurring Expenditure
Viz,
Drugs & Medicines, Surgicals,
Lenin,
Diet charges -- 5.00 Lakshs

3. The
Director of Public Health and Family Welfare and the Commissioner AP Vaidhya
Vidhana Parishad shall take necessary measures for establishment of Chirumamilla
(V), Nadendla (M), Guntur District into 50 bedded Hospital, with immediate
effect. The Director of Public Health and Family Welfare shall prepare plans
for the
civil works and essential equipment required for the said Hospital in
consultation with the
Managing Director of Andhra Pradesh Medical Services and Infrastructure Development
Corporation and ensure their implementation. The Director of Public Health
and Family Welfare shall also ensure that staff are positioned at the
appropriate time
based on the need duly following the rules and guidelines in vogue in this
regard.

order issues with the concurrence of Finance ( Expr.M&H ) Department vide their U.O.No.23561/163/A2/Exp M & H.II/13,dated:11.9.2013
